Adam Babson
As a teenager, Adam started his construction career by working for local contractors while still in high school. Raised as a Brunswick County native, he has enjoyed building throughout the area and operated his own company for more than 22 years. He is also a member of the Brunswick County Home Builders Association.
Throughout his many years of experience, everyone working with or for him will attest to his conscientiousness and attention to quality. Adam’s work can be found in many distinguished communities, such as Woodsong, Ocean Ridge Plantation, River’s Edge, Seascape, Seawatch, Point West, as well as all of the Brunswick County beaches.
As a natural-born builder, Adam always had a passion for constructing homes. His experience helped him intuitively recognize the desires, needs, functionality and aesthetics of every accepted project. He and his sizeable crew have built custom homes in many of the area’s most desirable communities. Adam stays in direct contact with our clients to make sure that everything is perfectly finished beyond their expectations.
David James
After graduating from Furman University, David saw an unlimited opportunity in the coastal community real estate. Now, with more than 25 years of sales and marketing experience, he has assisted hundreds of families to call this area home.
Many communities have benefitted from his work throughout his years of experience. These areas include the Brunswick Plantation, St. James Plantation, Brick Landing Plantation, The Bluffs on the Waterway, Carolina Waterway Plantation, Beaufort Club, and Compass Pointe.
From organizing and executing offsite marketing events to managing on-site, daily, and event sales, David has brought success to many communities. He is also instrumental in turning several neighborhoods around to be top locations in their areas.
